Georgia-Pacific's Albion facility seeks a hands-on Director of Operations to lead corrugated manufacturing, drive safety, and champion continuous improvement. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and improve performance across safety, quality, cost, and service.

The successful candidate will own P&L responsibilities, mentor future leaders, and partner with commercial, supply chain, engineering, and HR to align local execution

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational metrics such as safety, productivity, waste reduction, or uptime.
• Proven ability to develop and retain talent, including performance management, succession planning, and building team capability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead manufacturing processes, optimize production flow, and continuously reduce waste and variability.
