Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Service Supply Organization's quality function in Wisconsin, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance and ongoing quality improvements. You will supervise staff, own the QMS, and drive cross-functional accountability for quality outcomes.

The role involves managing non-conformities, metrics, and training, with responsibilities spanning document control, audits, and management reviews to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ISO 9001 QMS in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Experience conducting internal audits and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete non-conformity process from investigation to closure and verify corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements to reduce quality costs and cycle time.
• Manage QMS metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering on process capability studies and design improvements.
• Supervise quality staff and ensure adherence to QMS standards.
• Maintain QMS documents, version control, and training materials.
• Manage Document Control and training records per ISO 9001:2015.
• Attend and contribute to Management Review Meetings and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
