Job summary

Qualifications

• Four year technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• Five years of experience in a technical capacity (engineering, manufacturing, or quality).
• ASQ certification and Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals and engineers.
• Maintain and improve the QMS to sustain ISO 9001 certification.
• Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions for defects.
• Qualify, audit, and train suppliers to ensure top-quality inputs.
• Measure internal processes and report metrics for improvement.
• Oversee PPAP, product approvals, and nonconforming material handling.
