Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related certification.
• Possess expert knowledge of subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectives.
• Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goals.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
