Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate data trends.
• Demonstrated ability to solve operational and organizational challenges tactfully and effectively.
• Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision and high accountability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage.
• Willingness to travel and complete training as required.
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Quality and Process Improvement: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement; Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and monitor quality initiatives; Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and workflows; Support KPI development and monitoring; Promote consistency in processes, safety practices, and risk mitigation; Evaluate and report on initiative effectiveness.
