Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) seeks a Quality Coordinator to promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will partner with leadership, operations, and technology teams to strengthen systems, standardize processes, and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate data trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage.
  • Willingness to travel and complete training as required.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting service quality, compliance, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process workflows.
  • Support the development and monitoring of KPIs across business areas.
  • Promote organization-wide consistency in processes, safety practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and distribute regular reports and dashboards to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and functionality of reporting tools.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and ad hoc data requests.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategy.

The Quality Coordinator partners closely with leadership, operations, and technology teams to strengthen systems, standardize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement that enhance performance, safety, and outcomes.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

Quality and Process Improvement

Data and Reporting

Collaboration, Leadership and Communication

  • Serve as a liaison among teams, compliance, and leadership to promote best practices
  • Facilitate quality reviews, action planning, and follow-up on findings, near misses, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain dotted-line communication with back-office departments to ensure alignment and accountability across shared processes
  • Support staff training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, quality, and safety
  • Communicate clearly across departments to ensure consistent implementation of initiatives across all states and programs

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
