• Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) and document control.
• Ability to investigate nonconformances and support 8D problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills for quality data analysis.
• Comfort working on the manufacturing floor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to building proactive quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Investigate nonconformances and support corrective actions and 8D problem-solving efforts.
• Perform inspections and analyze quality data.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Contribute to developing and implementing new quality systems, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Customer Service, Purchasing and Supply Chain to ensure quality processes are consistently followed.
• Establish structured methods for identifying, tracking, trending, and preventing quality issues.
