  • Demonstrate critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and update progress.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality and safety.
  • Support data collection and analysis for time studies, workflow optimization, and root cause investigations.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
  • Help develop and update SOPs and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process changes.
  • Assist in designing tools, fixtures, or layouts using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Document findings and present recommendations to the engineering team.
