Vestal Corporation in St. Louis, MO seeks a Quality Manager & Business Process Improvement Leader to safeguard the QMS, drive process maturity, and instill Lean practices across architecture and engineering services.

You will partner with executives, project managers, and discipline leaders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, manage audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional influence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in quality management within A&E or project-based environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's QMS.
• Provide leadership for effective implementation of QMS across departments and projects.
• Develop, review, update, and control quality policies, procedures, templates, and guidelines.
• Ensure QMS processes are implemented consistently across project delivery and support functions.
• Plan and coordinate process assessments, QMS assessments, and executive reporting.
• Monitor process maturity, risk trends, and improvement actions; report to leadership.
• Develop and oversee internal QMS audit program and corrective actions.
• Support Lean Design and Lean Construction Institute (LCI) principles throughout the organization.
• Promote quality awareness, training, and continual improvement across teams.
