Job summary

Stulz is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead plant-wide quality for a precision cooling equipment manufacturing operation. The role owns the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and drives a prevention-first, data-driven quality culture — collaborating with production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to improve product quality and factory performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
7+ years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing.
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; lead auditor training preferred.
ASQ CQE/CMQ/OE and Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
Lead internal audits, management reviews, and certification/surveillance audits.
Define and track quality KPIs; drive data-driven improvements.
Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, A3) for nonconformances and customer issues.
Champion Lean and Six Sigma to reduce variation and waste.
Manage supplier quality programs and PPAP activities.
Represent quality during New Product Introduction and design reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
