Job summary

Watertronics LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across manufacturing, engineering, and organizational processes. You will manage FPY and COPQ, and support development of a QMS with status reporting to the Executive Team and ownership.

You will train staff, lead cross-functional teams, provide technical assistance to customers and vendors, and ensure ISO and ASME standards compliance while optimizing costs and resources.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience.
• Experience leading quality teams and implementing quality systems.
• Experience with ISO and ASME quality standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance across manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
• Manage FPY, COPQ, and other KPIs; support QMS development and reporting.
• Supervise QA staff, train employees, and allocate resources within budget.
• Develop procedures, inspection plans, and sampling techniques.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve productivity.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Review customer complaints and determine corrective actions.
• Approve equipment purchases and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
