Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical field or related area; 2+ years experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ISO certification and audits.

Responsibilities

• Compiles data analysis, reports and recommends quality audits improvements.
• Designs the Quality Monitoring Control Plan, including MSA, GR&R, and gauge development.
• Coordinates data analysis reviews with cross-functional teams for root cause and corrective actions.
• Coaches Inspector Technicians as needed.
• Ensures customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS.
