Job summary

Excelion Partners LLC seeks a Quality Engineer / Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI to lead quality operations and drive continuous improvement across advanced manufacturing lines. You will act as the SME for root cause analysis, Lean, ISO 9001:2015, and GD&T, while supervising a team of inspectors.

The role requires B.S. in Quality Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in industrial manufacturing quality. You will support CAPA, audits, PPAPs, and supplier/customer technical resolutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in quality management systems in strict accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong technical background in core manufacturing processes, including machining, molding, and casting.
• Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings, applying standard tolerances, and utilizing GD&T.
• Hands-on expertise with precision measurement tools, standard QC inspection protocols, and ERP software; CMM operation experience is preferred.
• Applied knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 6S methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality operations and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing lines.
• Supervise and mentor quality inspectors and foster continuous learning.
• Analyze quality data to identify systemic trends and implement CAPA.
• Manage ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and lead audits.
• Perform new product verifications and develop work instructions.
• Track quality metrics, CAPAs, deviations, ISIRs, and PPAPs.
• Oversee calibration and repair of measuring equipment and procurement of QC tools.
• Serve as primary quality liaison for customer and vendor technical issues.
