A leading manufacturing firm in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives and strengthen manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in quality engineering, a strong background in implementing APQP and continuous improvement methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include leading complex improvement initiatives and mentoring production teams. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field and fluency in English.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience implementing APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and other quality engineering tools.
Strong command of CI methodologies with demonstrated results.
Responsibilities
Lead complex Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
Own and implement APQP, including validation activities for new and existing products.
Drive structured problem solving using root cause methodologies.
