Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives and strengthen manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in quality engineering, a strong background in implementing APQP and continuous improvement methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include leading complex improvement initiatives and mentoring production teams. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and other quality engineering tools.
• Strong command of CI methodologies with demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Own and implement APQP, including validation activities for new and existing products.
• Drive structured problem solving using root cause methodologies.
