Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Quality Manager for our Menomonee Falls Operations in Wisconsin. This role leads activities to ensure workmanship and shipment accuracy, drives failure analysis and corrective actions, and guides quality and process improvements within the ISO 9001 framework of the CMCO Lean Business System.

The position manages Quality Engineers including a Supplier Quality Engineer. Key duties include maintaining the Quality Improvement Plan, auditing internal and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in an inspection/quality environment.
• 2+ years in Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• American Society for Quality Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Improvement Plan for Menomonee Falls Operations.
• Measure delivered quality and warranty performance; prevent reoccurrence.
• Analyze products/processes and implement actions to prevent non-conformance.
• Lead ISO 9001 and Lean Business System activities and audits.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, tools, and fixtures.
• Review ECOs; disposition non-conforming materials; ensure supplier QA support.
• Develop people within the quality department and supervise staff.
