Qualifikationen

• Requires a medical degree or other advanced practitioner degree.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a clinical leader with multidisciplinary program activities.
• Experience in clinical epidemiology outcomes/quality measurement and/or clinical research.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of fostering collaboration and consensus.

• Participates in the development of the Orlando Health Quality Strategic plan.
• Supports the development and adoption of an organization wide Culture of Quality and Safety.
• Chairs the Quality Steering Team meetings and ensures implementation of actions to achieve goals.
• Serves as a leader in developing quality metrics to meet program and service line goals.
• Works with process improvement teams to develop quality improvement models.
• Maintains relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinates and oversees data collection and analysis, reporting, and follow-up related to medical errors and quality measures.
• Regularly communicates quality processes to the executive team and clinicians.
• Functions as the hospital Patient Safety Officer and supports community benefit initiatives.
