Job summary

North Canyon Medical Center is seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator who reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and drives quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate data collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting; collaborate with leaders, providers, and departments to identify improvement opportunities; facilitate action plans and promote a culture of safety and high reliability to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of performance improvement processes and tools.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain competency in quality, safety, regulatory, and accreditation areas.
• Ability to speak and present content to all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with performance improvement standards.
• Supports service excellence principles.

Responsibilities

• Support organization-wide quality, patient safety, regulatory, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of quality and safety data.
• Collaborate with leaders, providers, and departments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate action plans, ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness.
• Promote culture of safety, accountability, and high reliability.
