Job summary

North Canyon Medical Center seeks a Performance Improvement Coordinator to support organization‑wide quality, patient safety and performance initiatives. You will coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement and align with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with leaders and departments to identify opportunities, facilitate action plans, ensure regulatory readiness and promote a culture of safety and high reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of performance improvement processes and tools.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain competency in quality, safety, regulatory compliance and performance improvement.
• Ability to present content to all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to model service excellence and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting of quality and safety data.
• Collaborate with leaders, providers and departments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate action plans and track progress toward goals.
