The position requires adherence to SOPs, the ability to work in extreme temperatures, and strong teamwork to keep the production line flowing smoothly. Candidates should be self-motivated with good communication skills and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in position-specific SOPs.
• High attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
• Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, push, pull, carry, lift, squat, kneel or twist.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements; perform inspections as required.
• Visually inspect finished product and use handheld equipment if needed.
• Segregate nonconforming material and label it properly.
• Record nonconforming products accurately by defect (electronic or manual).
• Follow SOPs and maintain a steady flow of product on the line.
• Assist with off-line containment, inspection, and product segregation as needed.
