Job summary

Responsibilities include verifying packaging specifications, performing rework and housekeeping, and supporting maintenance during downtime. The role emphasizes teamwork and strict adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds continuously.
• Frequent bending, reaching and twisting required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished goods meet customer expectations; classify defects as major, minor, or critical.
• Alert Operator to defects and assist with addressing issues.
• Verify packaging specifications and perform any required rework and housekeeping.
• Assist Maintenance during downtime and support line cleanup.
• Operate safely and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform sweeping, cleaning and sorting duties as needed.
