Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Quality Outcomes Specialist to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will support quality reviews, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include preparing quality reports, supporting committees, and guiding processes to mitigate harm, with emphasis on just culture and data-driven decision making. A BSN and RN license are preferred, with at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or other healthcare related field preferred.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.
• RN licensure in state of work or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in evaluation, monitoring and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Prepares and submits quality reports to external agencies and payors.
• Supports quality, patient safety and performance improvement committees and projects.
• Promotes practices that improve patient safety and just culture, including event reporting and root cause analyses.
• Uses data analytics to drive performance and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Supports provider performance review activities through peer review processes.
• Uses change management principles to guide improvements.
