Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver care using the nursing process, collect data, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes. You will coordinate patient teaching and care with the health team.

In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, administer medications safely, and advocate for patient safety while contributing to ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment and analyzes data.
• Creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates effectiveness.
• Administers medications safely per state practice and policies.
• Serves as point of contact for care coordination across departments.
• Participates in quality improvement and applies the professional practice model.
