Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with quality systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, documents, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors to ensure performance and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment for safety and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes.
• Monitor production processes, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality targets are met.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Communicate expectations and provide coaching to team members.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands.
• Enter and manage time and production data within company systems.
