Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a Quality Supervisor 1 to lead inspection teams in a manufacturing setting. You will supervise daily operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain strong customer relationships while leveraging MS Companies’ technology-driven systems to improve performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of quality systems, and strong communication skills in English to follow work instructions and document activities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
• Experience with quality systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, complete required documentation, and comply with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors to ensure performance, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to support safety and efficiency
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes
• Monitor production processes, control points, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, drive improvements, and support cost reduction initiatives
• Communicate expectations clearly; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Address employee relations matters including attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with HR
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to support operational success and career growth
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands and customer requirements
• Accurately enter and manage time, production data, and other required inputs within company systems
