Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. The role focuses on visual/manual inspection, documentation, and reporting using our digital tools.

You will follow inspection procedures and record results to ensure products meet quality standards. Ideal candidates have prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience, are proficient with standard quality checklists, and can communicate clearly with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Familiarity with inspection checklists or quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
