Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Specialist in Operations Quality to lead quality initiatives from NPI through mass production. You will steer the quality strategy, manage excursions, and drive improvements across product, process, and supplier quality.

The role requires 4–6 years in quality/shared services, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of ISO and IPC standards. You will mentor junior staff, develop QC plans, and report KPIs to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years in quality/operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and IPC standards.
• Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D).

Responsibilities

• Lead team to manage quality excursions and take timely actions.
• Oversee product & material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for materials, processes, and products.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs for factory and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement benefiting customers, Celestica, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain internal quality systems, procedures, and standards.
• Lead audits (ISO, compliance, safety) and manage corrective actions.
• Follow up EC/SCN to ensure timely and accurate changes.
• Coach junior quality staff and contribute to quality strategy deployment.
• Apply quality tools and data reporting to improve processes.
