Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Quality Coordinator to manage ISO-9001 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliance, document control, and audit/corrective actions. You will drive quality improvements from NPI through mass production, create quality plans, and monitor KPI performance for internal and external customers.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of quality tools, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies.

Qualifications

• ISO-9001 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 knowledge required.
• Experience applying quality tools and RCA methods.
• Experience with audits and corrective actions.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Handle excursions and escalation per quality procedures.
• Support quality from NPI to mass production (FAI, IP, WI).
• Create quality control plans for material/process/product.
• Monitor and report internal and external quality KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement benefiting customers and suppliers.
• Draft internal quality system procedures and work instructions.
• Assist audits and follow up actions; ensure compliance.
• Follow up EC and SCPN to ensure timely implementation.
• Enhance quality skills through training; participate in strategy deployment.
• Apply quality tools and Six Sigma/Lean concepts.
