Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Specialist, Operations Quality in Tucson, AZ to drive quality across NPI through mass production. You will lead excursions, define QC plans, monitor KPIs, and coordinate audits with suppliers and internal teams.

This role requires 4–6 years in a similar field, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of ISO/IPC standards and quality tools. On-site position with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to handle quality excursions independently and take timely actions.
• Oversee product & material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for material, process and product areas.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs for internal and external customers.
• Drive continual improvement to benefit customer, CLS and supplier.
• Lead audits and follow-up actions; ensure changes are implemented.
