Job summary

Celestica Fort Worth, TX seeks an Associate, Operations Quality to uphold the quality management system and assist production in achieving quality goals.

The role performs quality incident handling, supports audits, monitors KPIs, documents quality instructions, and provides shop floor workflow support on the production lines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with ISO/IPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality metrics and ISO/IPC standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic quality tools (7 tools, SPC) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Good teamwork and collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of core quality tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and drive results.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred for audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality incidents in production through systems (rework, EC, RMA, OBA, training).
• Support audits to maintain compliance, especially corrective actions validation.
• Monitor quality KPIs and in-process issues (RFPY, OBA, RMA, DPQL, LRR, RI).
• Document quality instructions and reports per customer/material requirements.
• Provide production line workflow support (Shop Floor Control, purge process, trial runs).
• Perform first article inspection for supplier and customer parts/products and changes.
