Qualifikationen

• Basic quality tools (7 tools, SPC)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
• IQA training and 5S housekeeping basics

Aufgaben

• Handle quality incidents in production through manufacturing systems (Rework/EC/RMA/OBA)
• Support audits to maintain compliance for corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs and in-process issues (RFPY, OBA, DPQL, LRR, RI Flag)
• Document quality instructions and reports per customer/material requirements
• Provide production line workflow support (Shop Floor Control, Purge, Trial run)
• Perform first article inspection for supplier and customer parts/products
• Assist with basic problem solving (8D, RCCA)
• Review performance of IQA inspectors and assist with training
