Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics, based in the United States, seeks an experienced Veeva QMS Administrator to manage and support QDocs, Training, eQMS, and RIM within QA. The role requires senior-level Vault expertise and cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Onsite position in Berkeley Heights, NJ with travel up to 10%. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/pharma with 4+ years in QMS, strong GxP knowledge, and Vault certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 4 years in QMS.
• Extensive Veeva Vault administration and configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, document control, validation, and audit readiness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Veeva Vault Certification preferred.

Manage and support Veeva electronic Document and Quality Management Systems (QDocs, Training, eQMS, RIM) within the Quality Assurance department.

Requirements

• strong knowledge of GxP processes, document control, validation, and audit readiness
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• up-to-date Veeva Vault Certification preferred
