Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks an Operations Budget Analyst to partner with North America Quality leaders, embedding finance in operations to drive budgeting, forecasting and resource alignment with strategic goals. You will develop reports for leadership, analyze variances, support ROI assessments for quality initiatives and present executive updates, ensuring accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years budgeting, financial analysis, or operational analytics experience in an OEM, Tier 1 auto, or operations-heavy environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Ability to translate operational strategies into financial outcomes and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop, maintain and refine budgets supporting Quality goals.
• Track actuals vs. budget across all Quality functions and analyze variances.
• Identify cost drivers and recommend corrective actions to meet efficiency targets.
• Support quality initiatives with financial impact analysis and ROI assessments.
• Develop reports and presentations for leadership to communicate performance.
• Collaborate on cross-functional investments and prepare executive materials.
• Identify process improvements in budget management including tracking and reporting.
