Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a Plant Quality Engineer for the Toledo Assembly Complex. You will drive product conformity, lead cross‑functional teams, and manage changes to achieve customer‑facing quality targets.

Role requires data analysis, strong communication, and hands‑on shop floor understanding of 4M1D. You will collaborate on KPI management, warranty reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant and corporate levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or ME/Engineering Technology from an accredited university.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to perform data analysis to identify top issues and trends, and assess corrective actions.
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with problem solving tools and methodologies.
• Able to coach and teach teammates and cross‑functional partners.
• Self-motivated and directed with proactive communication.
• Thrive in a high‑intensity environment while juggling multiple projects.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the shop floor and the 4M1D build process.

Responsibilities

• Validate product changes and provide technical expertise to improve outgoing quality.
• Respond to manufacturing quality issues and manage product changes with integrity.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives in the plant using kaizen methods.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive action from stakeholders.
• Manage external KPI targets and implement escalation for corrective actions.
• Review warranty/CQI claims daily, stratify issues and monitor Warranty Wall areas.
• Lead improvements in vehicle quality by addressing nonconformities to targets.
• Communicate requirements to all groups to achieve project goals.
• Lead teams to identify risks in product designs, processes and applications using FMEA and risk tools.
