Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a finance leader to develop and maintain fleet margin forecasts and support P&L/cash flow planning. You’ll partner with Brand Finance, PCS, IT, and Fleet Operations to implement standard costs and margin analyses.

The role emphasizes Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and driving process improvements across North America Fleet finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience Finance or Accounting (or minimum 7 yrs w/ MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance)
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Essbase
• Familiarity with Financial Systems and reporting tools such as: SAP, OneStream, Qlikview and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the Fleet master margin file to establish forecasted margins at trim level, by channels and model years.
• Creating a monthly split of forecasted supply chain volumes by Fleet channel.
• Working alongside the Control Tower & Data Analytics teams to create/update Fleet dashboards & analytical tools
• Serving as the Fleet point of contact with Brand Finance and the Product Cost Study (PCS) team for margin strip and standard cost updates
• Supporting the monthly profit & loss and cash flow forecasts
• Monitoring internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
• Providing internal/external audit support as needed
• Managing significant interaction with Fleet Operations, IT, Audit, Internal Controls and Corporate Accounting
• Developing Ad-Hoc & special projects as requested
