Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Packer for day shift in the United States. The primary duty is to verify product quality by visually inspecting for defects and packaging as produced, with safety and GMP compliance. You will read production instructions, palletize per machine specs, and move quickly in a non-sedentary environment.

Expect to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work as part of a team or alone as needed. The pay rate is $18.77 per hour on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality by visual inspection for defects.
• Package product per production instructions and palletize as produced.
• Read production instructions for quantity and configuration for packaging.
• Stand, walk, reach and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively during a 12 hour shift.
• Work with others as a team and alone at times.
