Job summary

Amcor LLC is hiring for a Packer/Handler role on a 12-hour shift rotation. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a raise to $19 after 90 days, contingent on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans after 30 days, plus 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.

Expect fast-paced production, manual lifting up to 35 pounds, and routine quality inspections. The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to safety, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to keep up with fast-paced production cycles.
• Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail.
• Able to tolerate constant repetition.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Inspect product to ensure quality and alert issues.
• Complete assembly of product by installing gaskets and handles as required.
• Stack and pack product per customer instructions.
• Assist with material handling and paperwork.
