Job summary

The role leads the Quality Engineering group at the Orange site, driving quality flow-downs, root-cause resolution, and continuous improvement across programs in propulsion and energetics development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant quality experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience leading quality assurance teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Quality Engineering group and assign personnel.
• Provide technical direction, ensure quality flow-down requirements, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead process improvements using E3 tools and drive performance metric improvements.
