You will lead cross-functional QA teams and drive strategies to ensure zero-defect, on-time delivery of aerospace components. The role requires ensuring compliance with AS9100 and related standards, managing budgets, and coordinating with program management to resolve technical challenges while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 9 years of quality experience, or graduate degree with at least 7 years.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of quality-related experience.
• Experience managing a Quality Engineering or Quality Organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple Quality Assurance teams.
• Lead safety culture and ensure productive, engaged staff.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Co-chair the site Corrective Action Board with lean/six sigma methods.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 and other required certifications.
