Job summary

You will oversee budgets and mentor teams including Supplier Quality Engineering, coordinating with design and manufacturing to embed quality across ideation to production. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on commitment to regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• 3+ years Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or Quality leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review the work of professionals in Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Develop and implement quality plans and programs across the organization.
• Oversee design gate reviews and ensure quality is embedded from ideation through production.
