Summary

This is a Full-time position to support the company in its current stage of growth. Must have knowledge of quality, warehousing, stockroom, inventory etc. Supports the quality & stockroom team with counting, packing, de-packing material while maintaining compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Hours of Work: Full time– first shift, with overtime requirements to support mission requirements. Reports to: Beza Muchie. Direct Reports: N/A.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Support Quality and Warehouse/stockroom operations, including incoming inspection, warehousing, and distribution.
• Meet Quality and Warehouse/stockroom operational standards by collaborating with team members and providing outstanding customer service to production.
• Help control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
• Maintain the physical condition of the Quality and Warehouse departments through housekeeping and safe work practices.
• Ensure optimal utilization of space through Quality/stockroom consolidation.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by the direct manager.
• Assist with warehouse/stockroom functions as needed, including but not limited to packing, loading, unloading, and sorting.
• Frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds; may require lifting and/or moving oversized objects over 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work while standing (approximately 70 % of the time) and sitting.
• Sets up inspection parts, verify part numbers, and quantities to documentation. Sets up equipment & fixtures as required.
• Participates in physical inventories (required).
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and corrects issues in quality/stockroom

Experience Required

• Experience using ERP Systems; preferably Epicor
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, outlook
• Experience handling inventory physically and electronically
• Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment with the ability to change priorities in a timely fashion
• Experience with quality, packing/de-packing delicate parts and material flow
• General Knowledge of Materials related to Paperwork, Packing Slip, Invoice, etc.,
• Basic understanding of Inventory; counting, auditing, cyclecounting, putaway, etc.,

Other Requirements

• Work is sedentary in nature, but may require standing, walking, grasping, and lifting.

Education Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $25 to $28 per hour. The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, job-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographical location. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
