The Boyd Group is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure product quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform inspections, monitor processes, and support production operations while aligning with quality leadership to meet customer specifications and safety standards.

You will document results, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely shipping and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and work assignments

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.
• Identify, document, and elevate quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks.
• Assist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.
• Verify the use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production.
• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
