Job summary

TAG Systems USA is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control within our secure card manufacturing and personalization facility in Eatontown, New Jersey. The role oversees the Quality team, maintains the QMS, and ensures products and processes meet customer specs, internal standards, and industry requirements.

You'll work with Production, Fulfillment, Maintenance, Engineering and management to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with audits (internal and customer).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC activities within the facility.
• Manage, coach, and develop Quality team.
• Maintain and improve the QMS and quality documentation.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and industry requirements.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate trends to management.
• Coordinate audits and maintain audit readiness.
