Job summary

CompoSecure seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee all card manufacturing operations at the Somerset, NJ site, including overnight shift management. You will drive lean initiatives, ensure on-time delivery, and lead staff development while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are manufactured on schedule within quality standards and cost controls.
• Lead staffing, training, and staff development; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive lean initiatives, cost reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Manage production standards, safety procedures, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with supervisors and executives to communicate decisions and policies.
• Monitor staffing levels and equipment utilization to meet budgets.
• Maintain safe, efficient production scheduling and worker training.
