Job summary

BEAR Construction Company in Illinois is seeking a Solar Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across rooftop and ground-mount solar projects, collaborating with field and project teams to ensure work is completed to spec.

You will document issues, drive corrective actions with subs and field crews, and guide projects through commissioning and closeout to deliver reliable solar installations.

BEAR Construction is hiring a Solar Quality Manager in Illinois.

We're looking for someone who understands commercial rooftop AND ground-mount solar and knows the difference between work that's technically finished and work that's actually done right.

You’ll work directly with our field and project teams to:

• Build and manage QA/QC processes
• Document issues before they become expensive problems
• Drive corrective action with subs and field teams
• Help projects move cleanly through commissioning and closeout

We're especially interested in people who've spent real time in the field around modules, racking, rooftop attachments, trackers/fixed-tilt systems, wiring, grounding/bonding and solar electrical equipment.
