Job summary

Atlas NextWave seeks experienced Solar PV Construction Inspectors, Field Engineers, and QA/QC Inspectors to support a portfolio of ground-mounted solar PV projects across Illinois, with an additional site in Goshen, NY. This on-demand field inspection opportunity covers ~22 project sites, with inspectors monitoring construction, quality, and compliance during site visits.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, or QA/QC.
• Direct experience with utility-scale or C&I ground-mounted solar PV projects.
• Previous construction inspection, field engineering, QA/QC, or construction monitoring experience.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to travel to assigned project sites.
• Illinois-based candidates preferred, particularly near project sites.

We’re looking for experienced Solar PV Construction Inspectors, Field Engineers, and QA/QC Inspectors to support an upcoming portfolio of ground-mounted solar PV projects across Illinois, with an additional site in Goshen, NY.
