Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QMS pillar for the Greensboro plant, ensuring alignment with FDA/ISO 9001 and Imperial Operating Systems.

The role focuses on creating a predictive quality management system, developing procedures, training, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent defects and improve overall quality across the supply chain. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred (Quality, Business Management and/ or Productivity).
• Experience in Quality Management Systems and Quality pillar implementation.
• Experience in IWS pillars.
• Experience in different functions of operations/Supply chain.
• Experience in Continuous improvement program/IWS.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS key elements implementation for Greensboro plant (best of FDA/ISO 9001/IWS Quality Pillar).
• Support implementation of Imperial Operating Systems (pillars implementation and integration with Quality pillars) to deliver Supply Chain Manufacturing excellence program.
• Creates, implements customer centric organization through predictive quality system based on Q Factors identification, management.
• Implements Quality Play book standards.
• Integrates Maintenance & Operations procedures linked with Quality factors.
• Collaborate with and influence local & regional leadership staff across functions, plants to ensure successful execution of improvement projects from Quality perspective, identifying resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
