Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership, plus hands-on experience with quality planning, MES, and ISO/TS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of quality planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) for a site or division and Lead Auditor responsibilities.
• Lean experience with Green to Black Belt certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure continuous improvement, conformance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with global QMS leaders to ensure awareness and understanding of the QMS.
• Manage internal audit system and team of auditors.
• Notify management of QMS audit findings and corrective actions.
• Lead kaizen and problem-solving events.
• Assist management and project teams in selecting quality measures and setting up quality reporting systems.
• Drive quality related policy deployment objectives.
