Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Portage, MI manufacturing client network. You will lead the Quality Management System implementation and maintain ISO 9001 compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include directing the QA team, overseeing material and product inspections, driving root-cause analysis, and coordinating audits with cross-functional partners to sustain continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
• Experience implementing and improving quality control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of quality teams.
