• Experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Strong ability to lead and mentor quality teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and evaluations.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for spec adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation, and CAPA.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs.

• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, R&D) to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor quality teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma).
