Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cultural change.
